Combining Camaraderie with Creativity

Draw-a-thonTo mark its opening, the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center held a 12-hour DRAW-ATHON on January 18, from   6-10 pm, and January 19, from 11 am – 7 pm. Twenty-four African American  models posed for artists and an audience for 30 minute intervals. Easels, charcoal and paper were provided.

Judi Ely and Rosemary Connelly took part on Saturday afterno0n. They had a lot of fun, and wondered if others in CVWG were interested in doing something similar?
